Do You Want To Have A Son?

It is important to understand how conception actually works before you plan your baby’s gender. Female eggs consist of X chromosomes and male sperm of either Y or X Chromosomes. The man’s sperm chromosome of either X or Y will determine if it’s a boy or a girl. X chrome sperm produce girls and Y chrome sperm, boys. The trick how to conceiving a baby boy or girl is to create a favorable environment for either chromosome to reach the egg for fertilization.

There are many old-wives tales and myths on how to conceive a baby boy. You should exercise caution when applying these myths as some may be dangerous and a hazard for your health while other are plain nonsense. It is very important to separate fact from fiction by using common sense.

Do not overlook the importance of your diet when creating a favorable environment for your gender preferred sperm. Foods consumed have a direct influence on your body’s overall pH level but more specifically the vagina’s acid/alkaline levels. The higher the acidity levels in the vagina the quicker Y chromosomes aka male sperm will die, thus its recommended pH levels be kept slightly higher than neutral.
